Initial Home Evaluation:  $150.00
I will meet you at an agreed upon day and time.  I will spend up to two hours completing an evaluation of your home both inside and outside.  I will also provide you with information regarding the benefits of staging your home both prior to listing your home on the market.  I will measure and photograph each room.  I will make recommendations based on what I see each room will need.  I will make arrangements for you to hire licensed and insured trade people that I work with who can assist you with repairs, painting, plumbing and similar work that may be necessary. If your home is unfurnished then I will also provide you with a quote for furniture rental to suit your budget and for the length of time necessary to sell your home.

Staged Home Without Furniture Rental: 

Complete: 6 Hours: $360.00
I will provide home sellers with staging designated for every room in your home like your entry foyer, living room, kitchen, family room, dining room, and the master bedroom and bath. Each of these rooms will be easily identifiable for the purpose that they are meant to be. These rooms will be staged using existing furniture, area rugs, artwork, lighting, window treatments and accessories.  I will also help you with making changes outside your home too.

Basic:  4 Hours: $195.00
I will concentrate on the key rooms in your house those being the entry foyer, the kitchen, the living room and the master bedroom.

Entirely Staged Home Including Furniture Rental:  As Quoted
Your home will be completely staged from top to bottom.  Furniture will be rented, as well as, area rugs, walled artwork, window treatments, lighting, and accessories.  Your home will be a showcase including everything that a prospective home buyer would want upon entering the home of their dreams.  Your home will showcase a glamorous lifestyle, with a spa-like feeling that will allow your home to appeal to the widest possible range of prospective home buyers.
This will be quoted individually based on the size of the home to be staged, the number of rooms to be staged and the cost of the furniture rental.  This is a minimum of two full days.
