Heidi and I arranged to meet at my home on a mutually agreed upon day.  She explained exactly what she would be doing to my condo to complete the staging process.  She began with my living room/dining room and worked her way through each room in my condo.  I gave her free reign to do whatever she deemed necessary.  She cleaned, packed up my collectibles, rearranged furniture and then accessorized each room so that each room would like the room it was meant to be.  I repainted the kitchen and Heidi and I repainted the master bedroom over the weekend.  Just changing the wall colors made such a big difference.  Heidi’s input was great!  She took before and after photos and gave me a set of my own to keep as well.

Heidi has created a little piece of “sanctuary” for me in my condo without blowing my budget.  She was resourceful, creative and pleasant to spend time with.  I thought that I had decent decorating skills but, Heidi made my place more inviting, more cohesive in the colors throughout the condo and it just plain feels good to come home to my cozy new home. 

I would highly recommend Heidi to anyone whether they are selling their home or they just want a nicer place to call home.

I looked into having my home staged a few years ago.  The woman contacted me and gave me a few recommendations.  I never followed through...how silly was I?  Heidi was referred to me through a mutual friend.  She came to my house and walked through every room evaluating, measuring and taking notes.  We chose a time and day to make the changes with what I had available.  My intention was not to sell my home but, to make it more inviting, less cluttered and a little more alive with color.

Heidi staged my home in February.  I thought my house looked pretty nice but, she made it nicer and simplified the look of my rooms which made the house less cluttered and it drew more attention to some of the really nice things that we have.  It was interesting to see her move furniture or certain things and make use of them in different ways in other rooms.  I appreciated that very much because I know that helped to keep the cost reasonable for us.
